Some exciting news…
Guess who’s embarking on their 1st international journey!
That’s right, this little angel is going on her very first travel adventure overseas to Canada/USA to meet and visit family and friends! We couldn’t be more excited and quite honestly a little nervous, haha.
Since her second surgery in April we have had multiple trips to see the surgeons for check ups and what not and the surgeons are so impressed with how she is healing! As a parent this of course is always welcome news.
We just recently found out that it will be a few months until her 3rd surgery. The surgeons are wanting her to be a little bigger and continue to give her time to heal before they do the final surgery, so it’s looking like October will be when all of that will happen.
That being said it gives us a perfect window of opportunity to travel. We are in the process of booking flights, it’s looking like the month of August we will be in North America!
So get ready friends and family, this little bundle of love is coming your way!
it’s officially here.
the season of changing colours, falling leaves, hot apple cider, multiple layers of clothing, crisp afternoon strolls and curling up by the fire most nights.
so many things to enjoy during this season.
Recently, well Canadian thanksgiving weekend to be exact, we had the privilege and joy of photographing a beautiful family! the Binab’s are actually our cousins, Meghan is my (Amanda’s) first cousin, we even share the same middle name, Leanne. Our mom’s are sisters and so they decided to combine their middle name’s “Lee” and “Anne” and Voila! How sweet right?! We think so too.
Anyway, Meghan and Rommy live on Vancouver Island in Victoria BC and were married back in July 2008. They are a wonderful couple, every time we get to hang out with these guys we have a great time which always include’s heaps of laughter, games, reminiscing, exploring and dreaming about the future.
Just over a year ago now, on August 30th, 2012 at 6:53am Meghan and Rommy were filled with anticipation and excitement as they welcomed their first born Brody Aaron Binab into this world. This of course was a day of celebration and joy, much like many of the days that have followed. Brody is a true delight, a little bundle of adventure and joy. He has brown eyes that will melt your heart and a smile that will brighten your day.
We were over on the island visiting family for the Canadian Thanksgiving and we thought we would take advantage of the beautiful weather. What better way to do that than to explore one of “Beautiful British Columbia’s” parks. We pulled into Goldstream Provincial park and proceeded to enjoy the beauty around us by photographing this lovely family.
Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we do!
